Summer Math Enrichment Payment Form 2019

The Linden Institute: Summer Math Enrichment Camp is intended for students entering Grades 6 to 9 who are interested in improving their skills in math by bridging gaps and building their confidence.

When
Summer Math Enrichment Camp will happen over three weeks during the month of July. 

Week 1: Tuesday, July 9th to Thursday, July 11th (9 am to 12 pm)
Week 2: Tuesday, July 16th to Thursday July 18th (9 am to 12 pm)
Week 3: Tuesday, July 23rd to Thursday, July 25th (9 am to 12 pm)

Cost
Families can enrol their child/children for one, two or all three weeks.
One week of camp: $300
Two weeks of camp: $550
Three weeks of camp: $800
